Windsor, Ontario - July 10th, 2023 - Picsume, a Windsor founded tech company who just recently launched their ground-breaking

hiring platform, was set to impress at Collision, "North America's fastest-growing tech conference” last week.

Picsume was selected from tens of thousands of applicants globally to participate in the Alpha Program, an exclusive cohort that

spotlights startups with outstanding potential. “We were proud to showcase tech built in Windsor Essex on a global scale.” stated

Jordan Goure, President/C.E.O, Picsume. ”It was even more refreshing that Picsume was an Alpha participant that had a fully

developed and launched product” adds Goure.

The Alpha participant showcased its industry changing platform to thousands on Exhibit Day, networking and touring the fully live

and functional hiring platform to tech insiders and investors worldwide. “Their booth was buzzing with activity and drew significant

attention from a variety of companies. Attendees were genuinely eager to learn about Picsume’s new unique solution that offers

live dynamic work profiles that eliminate the need for traditional resume building.” noted Kassem Nizam and Mackenzie Habash,

Project Managers with Invest WindsorEssex. “Our team was impressed by the level of interest and engagement that surrounded

the Picsume booth, as it reflected the growing recognition of their innovative approach to the job market.”

A.I was a hot topic at this year's Conference. One speaker that was not missed was the “The Godfather of AI”, Geoffrey Hinton ,

who has helped create some of the most significant tools in the field. “To hear firsthand what a founder in the field thinks with

regards to the importance of the responsible implementation of A.I was very powerful.” comments Nick Mastromattei, C.P.O/Co -

Founder, Picsume. “At Picsume we parallel that sentiment and it is important for us to implement A.I responsibly, which we have

done during development of our platform” said Mastromattei.

Picsume continued to make headway as it was chosen to be one of the few Alpha companies to showcase its ‘40 word’ pitch video.

This opportunity provided exceptional added promotion as it was showcased across all content stages and throughout the

Enercare Center during Collision. “We are excited to see regional tech startups gaining the opportunity to showcase their talents

and innovations at a global level. This access to invaluable resources, knowledge, and connections will play a vital role in their

business growth,” Yvonne Pilon, President/C.E.O, WEtech Alliance.

Back with an energetic response from Collision, Picsume continues full steam ahead having secured meetings with top business

incubators and Venture Capital firms from across the Country. “This is a momentous time for our company and Collision really

added to our growth trajectory.” says Goure. “But this doesn’t mean we have altered our strategy to focus at home in Windsor

Essex first. While Picsume is currently taking meetings, we want to continue to build a national brand right here in our backyard”

he adds. The Picsume team looks to provide the opportunity to local investors for the first round of seed funding.
